What is Podcasting?
Podcasting is a form of media production to share audio content with other people. Using podcasting equipment allows information to be recorded and shared in high quality using audio editing techniques.
How can Podcasting be used in the classroom?
- Telling a Story – Record students reading aloud a narrative they’ve written
- Interviewing – Ask another student or influential person questions. Or use voice effects to interview yourself!
- Music – Record yourself or your class singing a song to share with parents and carers
